This will be my personal blog where I share things I feel need sharing with the rest of the world about something that interest me. Planned categories are books, movies, PC games, open source, politics and other stuff.
So, where to begin? Perhaps with the server that makes this blog possible?
is my host for everything, and I use what they call a VM Miniserver.
All it really is is a Xen virtualized linux server running on some Dell hardware, but it gives me complete control over my machine, as if I had a complete dedicated server available to me.
I further filter all my e-mail through a DSPAM solution before Postfix and Procmail delivers it to me.
For now, I will be the single user of my andreasb.net, andreasb.com and andreasb.org domains.
